

Robert William Graeff, Jr. 1949-2012 – Born in Seattle June 20th, 1949, with an independent spirit and a big heart Rob touched the lives of many. He attended elementary through high school in Redmond, WA. He joined the Navy shortly after graduation and completed two tours in Viet Nam. He then earned a BA in finance and international business from the University of Washington, and he finished his career as controller of Fruhling Inc. in Kenmore.
Rob spent his life cultivating his love for cars, trucks and motorcycles. He was an active member and past officer of the Eastside Street Rod Association. He enjoyed traveling, especially by motorcycle, and made many amazing friends, whom he always said were his most valuable asset.
He passed away at his sister’s home after a struggle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dolories. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Suzanne and Richard Pouley of Mukilteo, niece Kara McBroom of Seattle, niece Michelle Foster of Burbank, WA and several great-nieces and -nephews. Rob was a kind, generous man, deeply loved and respected.
