Roland George Gallagher Sr, 95 years old. Roland was born February 4, 1918 in Seattle, Washington to Charles J. Gallagher and Isabelle Hearn Gallagher. He passed away on August 9, 2013 in Lynnwood, Washington. Roland had served in the US Navy during World War II. Roland's life work was as a truck driver for C. Martin Trucking. He was a member of Teamsters Local #38. He was preceded in death by histwo wives; Florence Arlene Gallagher in 1971, Nellie Gallagher in 1994 and his daughter; Janelle Gallagher in 2011. His surviving family are his children; Arlene (Don) Hanson, George Gallagher, Richard Gallagher, Kathy Gallagher and Patty Jo (Craig) Bieggar, grandchildren; Roland Gallagher, Laura Gallagher, Eric Hanson, Jeffrey Hanson, Christy Bieggar, Cody Bieggar, Jessica Gallagher and one great grandson; Jeovanni Gallagher and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills Fh 409 Filbert Rd, Lynnwood, WA with burial in Floral Hills Cemetery following.
