Known as “Mae” to family and friends, passed away March 23, 2018 at the age of 95. A long-time Lynnwood, Washington resident, she was born in Silver Spring, Maryland on September 24, 1922. Mae graduated from the Garfield Medical Hospital school of nursing in 1943 and served in the US Navy Nurse Corps during WWII. She was preceded in death by her dear husband of 48 years, Jack, in 1998; son John Michael in 1963; and brother Robert Jones in 2012. Survived by her daughter Josephine Wilson, grandson Thomas Bristol [Ragen], and great-grandchildren Ashon and Skyla Bristol. Graveside service and interment will be Sunday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the Evergreen Gardens at Floral Hills in Lynnwood. An onsite catered reception will follow.
