87 years old, Zelphia was born October 2, 1925 in Edmonds, Washington to Charles Frederick Osborn and Mary May Balkim Osborn. She passed away on August 1, 2013 in Everett, Washington.
Zelphia was a simple, quiet, very nice lady who enjoyed gardening, reading, embrodery and taking care of the feeding the small animals (Chipmunks, Squirrels, Birds, etc.) that lived around her home. But most of all, she was a great mother, and her family was always most important to her.
Zelphia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William M. Gibbens and by her son, Lonn Morton Gibbens. She is survived by her daughter Patricia (Jim) Diemert of Kingston, WA, son Kenneth (Bonnie) Gibbens of Florida, Ross (Karen) Gibbens of Camano Island, WA and son Charles Gibbens of Stanwood, WA; brother Charles Osborn, 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A viewing is scheduled for Friday, August 9, 2013 from 9:00 AM, Funeral Service is at 1:00 PM, both at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hlls Funeral Home, 409 Filbert Rd, Lynnwood, Washington.
