To Daniel’s family:

Remembering Daniel today and praying for all of you.  This must be a difficult day for you, but I wanted to let you know that our family loved Daniel. We miss him, too.

I am still heartbroken over the passing of Daniel, a soul who was taken so young. I still pray for his family.

Hello,

I never met "Dan," "Danny," or "Daniel's" family members. However I knew him some.  I mourn his loss because what I did know and experience with him was happiness. I experienced good wit, good thoughts, great jokes, and laughter. He may have seemed a little "rough around the edges" to people at times, but if you actually spoke to him then you could quickly realize how intelligent and humorous he was. He is someone who could look at a situation and find the humor in it. I heard about him in middle school, we met in high school when I was a freshman and sophomore I had the nerve to speak to him several times and he was cool, direct, and funny, even if a little confused by me.  Years later in our early 20's through mutual friends we hung out several times. There was a lot of laughter and good conversatios. I had the good fortune of communicating some with him briefly over the years. I was so fortunate as to see him early this year and to catch up. We told stories, laughed about times, and had a few comical jears and jokes. He even defended me some to a random jerk with his sense of unashamed humor. He told me a great story that I'll never forget. I'll also never forget a time in our early 20's that we laughed out loud about when I reminded him of the 2 - 3 week progression of experiences between us and with friends. I wish that I had gotten to know Danny better. I mourn the loss of  a great young man who I could have been much closer friends with. I mourn his passing more than I might have the right to because I saw him so recently and because I actually cared about him over the years whenever I heard or saw news about him. Forgive me if I am over stepping by reaching out to you all. I was not able to attend the funeral, but I did attempt to. He is another beautiful soul with a great sense of humor smiling, having wit, thinking, and being himself while in Heaven or Reincarnated elsewhere. God bless him. God bless all of his family members and other friends.


We were so sorry to hear about Daniel's passing. Our hearts are heavy and we're still in shock. Although we hadn't seen him in years, we have fond memories of Daniel. He was a good friend of our son all through school and spent time with us in our home often. Daniel was always polite and respectful and we enjoyed having him around. 
Please know that all of you are in our prayers during this difficult time.  We can't even imagine the pain that you must feel. No parent should have to bury a child.
Although we won't be able to attend the service, you will certainly be in our thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks ahead. May God comfort and sustain you.
