Emmett Bruce Reagan, 80, passed away on Tuesday, December 04, 2012. Funeral services and a celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Mark Grinstead officiating. The family will meet friends from 1:00 p.m. to service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Reagan was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Ralph and Jessie Harper Reagan. He was a member of Porterfield Baptist Church. In his earlier years he drove the church bus and taught Sunday School at Pine Forest Baptist Church. He was retired from Teamsters where he drove for McLean Trucking and Rodeway and was a former employee of the Macon Bibb County Fire Department.
He is survived by his loving wife of sixty years, Charlotte Atwell Reagan of Macon, children, Steven Neal (Brenda) Reagan of Louisville, GA, Susan Reagan (Ken) LaLonde of Warner Robins, Michael Emmett (Mechele) Reagan of Macon, two grandchildren, Regina Reagan (Derek) Lyons of Surprise, AZ and Hallie Mechele Reagan of Macon.
