Jackson, Georgia- Jackson - Gary Claude White passed away July 25, 2012. A funeral mass will be held 10:00 am Saturday July 28, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. A rosary will be said at 6:00 pm Friday July 27, 2012 in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with visitation to follow. Father Dawid Kwaitkowski will officiate. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mt. De Sales Academy Athletic Association, 851 Orange St. Macon, GA 31201.
Gary was born in Albuquerque, NM to the late James Samuel White and Doreen Ferrier, and was preceded in death by a brother T.J. Wright He was a member St. Mary's Mother of God Catholic Church in Jackson, GA. He was retired from Eckerd Drug Company and was a graduate of Mt. DeSales Academy. Gary was an avid Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan.
Survivors include his wife Katherine Lamb White of Jackson, GA; sister, Robin Sandra Pope of Mobile, AL; nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Rebecca, Debbie, Angie, Melissa, Rachel, Sarah all of Mobile, AL.
