Thank you all for the warm thoughts, memories and stories about my son! He was definitely one of a kind ~ we are so proud of all that he had accomplished! What a wonderful loving funny soul he was! God blessed me by letting me be his Mom! I made sure I told him this over and over ~
***I want to make a correction to a previous post ~ Jace is his oldest son as he turned 23 in April. Shane was the youngest.
Thank you all again ~

Scott was a funny man with a heart of gold. People loved him and he loved people. He always had a smile on his face, a joke in his heart and stayed too busy to stay in one place. He was a man of many faces and a heart that touched everyone and their mothers. I got the opportunity to talk with Scott every chance I had and even got his name tattooed as a sign of our undying friendship. What seem silly at the time is so important now and I will always remember Scott (490) for everything. I miss you Scotty!!!

I've known Scott what feels like forever. I miss his daily texts. How he would send me an "AHEM" and a funny photo if I didn't respond. I miss the way he would sway into a room and was ready to help without blinking an eye. Rather it was helping with someone's brakes, other car issues, or just a simply birthday party. Scott was always ready to lead a hand. I will miss Scott's funny voices and how he always made me laugh. I will miss the stories while he is away at TDY and the photos that he would share. I will miss talking about our families and sharing stories. I will miss you Scott. I will miss you most!!! Fly high and hope we meet again some day. Love you always.

Scott Johnson was a good friend to me. I feel like he helped me more times than I can count. He knew me and my husband. He knew our children. He was a cop's cop and a man of many hats. He was loved by so many for so many reasons. When he talked to you, you always felt that he cared and was right there with you. When TJ Freeman died Scott were his bracelet none stop. I will miss Scott. I know he wasn't perfect but NONE of us are. I know that like all of us, he struggled but while we pray for his family, friends, co-workers, let's also pray for the many people that he touched throughout life. That includes work, home, the grocery store line, etc. Thank you Scott for being my friend in so many different ways. Love you Brother. Rest in Peace and for my short comings on this Earth, I'm sorry.
