Lillian Eisner Pinkerton, 100, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services and a celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Don Hendrix officiating. The family will meet friends on Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to service time at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pinkerton was born in Macon, GA to the late Frederick Lester and Mary Alice Spillers Eisner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Pinkerton, Sr. and her sisters, Pauline Kellen and Mary Alice Stefano and her brother, Lester Eisner. Mrs. Pinkerton was a former of Calvin Covenant Presbyterian Church. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.
She is survived by her children, Joe (Karen) Pinkerton of Macon, Ray (Kay) Pinkerton of Stone Mountain, GA, and Elizabeth Bunting of Atlanta, grandchildren, Elizabeth Reynolds, Mark Pinkerton, Marie Fields, Rick Pinkerton, Melanie Mackie, Bradley Bunting, Susan Byus and Ranae Mitchell, eleven great grandchildren, sister, Virginia Day of Macon and several nieces and nephews.
