

Louise Kirby Taylor, 98, of Chamblee, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 5, 2024. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Snow's at Macon Memorial Park. The funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Brian Wright officiating. Interment will be at Macon Memorial Park.
Louise was an amazing woman. Her unwavering Christian faith guided her to be a strong, independent, loving, caring woman who always put family first. She will be missed by all, but never forgotten as the most "Beloved Mama and Grandma".
Louise was born October 13, 1925 in Richmond, Virginia to the late Forest Whitfield Kirby and Rebecca Addison Sanderson Kirby. She was an active member of Northeast Baptist Church in Chamblee, Georgia. She was an administrative assistant for various companies and retired as a tax administrator for the Internal Revenue Service. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Forest, Jr., Rebecca, Edna Earl, Blanche, and Rose.
Louise is survived by her daughters: Anna Westbrook (Mike) and Beth Byers (Bill); grandchildren: Mandy Westbrook Puckett (Mike), Michael Westbrook, Jr. (April), Patrick Westbrook, Vanessa Byers Svensson (Brent), Alexandra Byers Weathersby (Trevor) and Catherine Byers Clements (Josh); great-grandchildren: Brenton Puckett, Will Puckett, Jake Puckett, Sara Westbrook, Tristan Westbrook, Lydia Svensson, Emery Svensson, Adaline Weathersby, Ross Weathersby, Kirby Clements and Lucy Clements; and numerous family members, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Northway Church in memory of Louise Taylor on behalf of the Byers, Westbrook and Svensson Families. Donations can be made online at northwaychurch.net or mailed to 5915 Zebulon Road, Macon, Georgia 31210.
