Lounette Farrow Barlow, 91, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. The family will greet friends on Friday, January, 26, 2024 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bellevue Baptist Church, 5925 Price Road, Macon GA 31220.
Lounette was born in Hahira, Georgia to the late Noah Bernard and Ola Ashley Farrow. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard E. Barlow and her sister, Viola Sellers. Lounette was retired from Cherokee Heights United Methodist Church as the secretary for thirty years. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. Lounette enjoyed playing bingo, collecting horses and memorabilia of movie stars. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Jeff) Huckeba of Lizella, grandchildren, Justin Huckeba, Jessica (Edward) Spradlin, Wendy Huckeba, great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Hunter, Hannah, Noah, and Gracie, several nieces and nephews.
