Ralph Herbert Ledden, 90, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 5, 2025. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Lizella Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Rev. Chris Minton officiating. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. to service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lizella Baptist Church, 2950 S. Lizella Road, Lizella GA 31052.
Ralph was born in Springvale, Georgia to the late Dennis Hansel and Alice Hortense Price Ledden. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Rufus Ledden, Robert Ledden, and Ruby Lassiter. Ralph retired from Robins Air Force Base with thirty-five years of service. He was a member of Lizella Baptist Church, he was involved in Sunday School and was a former Deacon. Ralph was a true handyman who could repair anything that was broken. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-five years, Christine McCallum Ledden of Lizella, sons, Marty (Wanda) Ledden and Brian Ledden, grandchildren, Dylan (Haylee) Ledden, Julianna Ledden, Luke Ledden and Lee Ledden, great grandson, Boone Ledden, brothers, Royce (Elaine) Ledden, Ronald Ledden, sisters, Reba Milliron and Rebecca Steadman and several nieces and nephews.
