Steve Duane Warren, 56, died Monday, November 12, 2012. Funeral services and a celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m., Friday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Paul Dziadul will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home. They suggest that those who wish may make memorial donations to the Ronald McDonald House, 1160 Forsyth Street, Macon 31201.
Mr. Warren was born in Warner Robins and spent most of his adult life in Macon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Cheatham Warren. He was an engineer with Norfolk-Southern Railroad for 34 years and was a member of U.T.U.
He is survived by those he loved most, his wife, Delbra T. Warren of McDonough; his daughter, Stephanie (Matt) Ferrari; his son, Jarrett (Lauren) Warren all of McDonough; two grandchildren, Corbin Ferrari and Gunner Warren; his father, Herbert (Dot) Warren of Macon; his brother, Barry Warren of Macon; his sister, Joy Barlow of Macon; his stepbrothers, Clifford Tidwell of McIntire and Lynn Rogers of Macon.
