Thomas Wayne Ainsworth

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 2 PM at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Reverend Chris Minton officiating.

Wayne was born on February 28, 1963 in Montgomery, Alabama to Jimmy Ray Ainsworth, Sr. and Oneida Fay Johnston. Wayne was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt at every opportunity he could. Wayne was proud to be a certified scuba diver. He was a retired programmer from Pitney-Bowes where he devoted many years of service, and was a member of Lizella Baptist Church. Wayne will be remembered as a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and nephew.

Those left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife, Trish Ainsworth; daughter, Amanda Ainsworth Kendrick; mother, Oneida Ainsworth Sims; sisters, Brenda Ainsworth Jackson (Steve), Sally Sims Hitt (Chad); brothers, Jimmy Ainsworth, Jr. (Pam), Jonathan Ainsworth Sims (Stephanie); aunts, Virginia Gaeblein-Sosa (Cesar), Gwen Gallagher; several nieces and nephews; step-children, Michael Hammett (Julie), and Stephanie Sanchez (David). Wayne also leaves behind his four-legged babies, Chipper and Baby Girl.
