Wallace Barton "Red" LaCroix passed away may 2, 2010. A funeral mass will be held 10:00 am Friday May 7, 2010 in Holy Spirit Catholic Church. A Rosary will be said Thursday evening at 6:00 pm in Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home, with visitation to follow. Father Mike Ingram will be officiating.
Mr. LaCroix was born in Nebo, LA to the late Briley Thompson LaCroix and Martha Jane Wilson LaCroix. He was a retired Chief Petty Officer from the United State Navy. Mr. LaCroix was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Durden LaCroix; sons, Wallace B. (Helen) LaCroix, Jr. of Titusville, FL. and Charles Thompson (Fran) LaCroix of Macon, GA; four grandchildren and several great grandchildren: many nieces and nephews also survive.
Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery has charge of arrangements.
