Carol A. Redmond, of Peabody, passed away suddenly on March 27 after a lengthy battle with heart disease. She was 76. Born in Lynn, she lived in New Hampshire, Brockton, and Mashpee before moving to Peabody.
She loved all animals and worked as a wildlife rehabilitator with raccoons and other creatures for many years. She enjoyed music, reading, history, and buying candy for her grandchildren.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Razin, son-in-law Barry, and grandchildren, Cameron and Sydney all of Marblehead; her sister, Joan Donaghue of Bridgewater; and several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to The Fund for Animals.
