Kenny was a farmer, master carpenter and a proud union member for 28 years.
In addition to working the family farm, he loved making heirloom furniture and teaching his grandchildren the art of gardening, making maple syrup and bee keeping. He loved to travel and spend time with family.
He is survived by his loving wife Nancy; daughters Jessica (Kyle) Ter Beest, Jennifer (fiancée Jeremy Meindl) Velasquez and Samantha (Dan) Turpel; grandchildren Emma, Jace, Mia, Lilly, and Brady; his sister Brenda (Mike Dusenberry) Boeldt, and a brother Mark Boeldt.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents Ervin Boeldt and Barbara Boeldt.
There will be a visitation from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, March 13 at Zion Lutheran Church, 412 Jackson St., Marengo. The memorial service will be at 2pm.
