Anna M. Marciano

Anna Marie Castellano Marciano of Coconut Creek, Florida, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022 at the age of 96. Anna was born on December 14, 1925, in Manhattan, NY, to parents Salvatore Castellano and Anna Ciccarella Castellano. She grew up in Brooklyn, NY, with her parents and her three older brothers Vincent, Louis, and Maurice. Anna married her beloved husband, Emil Marciano, in 1949. They moved their family to Florida in 1961. Anna is survived by her three sons Richard Marciano (Joan), Thomas Marciano (Shelley), and James Marciano (Caryn), six grandchildren Laura Pennington (Cary), Richard Marciano, Anthony Marciano, Amanda Miguel (Alex), Michelle Marciano, and Matthew Marciano (Lauren) and six great-grandchildren, Cardy, Perrin, Emily, Madilyn, Hannah, and Leo. Anna was the heart of the family. She was full of energy, a great cook, and a friend to all she met. We will always remember her grace, her humor, her honesty, and her love for her family. She will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Kraeer Funeral Home, 1 North State Road 7, Margate, FL. on Sunday, September 11, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, 1401 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs, on Monday, September 12 at 11:00 am. A committal service will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven, 1500 S. State Rd. 7, N Lauderdale, at 12:30 pm.

The family requests expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, in the name of Anna Marciano.
