Petrowski, Wanda Theresa, 97, of Southgate, Michigan, went to be with the Lord, July 28, 2012. Wanda was born one of nine children on September 27, 1914 in Lopez, Pennsylvania to the late Helen and John Tomala. She was employed for many years at General Motors. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Joseph A. Petrowski, Frances (John) Galko, nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 3, 2012, 4:00 - 8:00pm at Czopek Funeral Home, 2157 Oak Street, Wyandotte, MI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 4, 2012, 10:00am at Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 1590 Riverbank Street, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. Interment to follow at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Dearborn Heights.
