Mrs. Askea was born in Atlanta, Georgia and was a life-long resident of Atlanta and Marietta. She is preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Leiniel Askea, Son Johnny Lee Askea and Daughter Roxanne Askea Rosser and is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Randy and Martha Buchanan Askea; grandchildren Reanna Cox, Randa Rosser, Kristin Askea, Jessie Buchanan; and great grandchildren Riley Gilley, Adalyn Cox, Raylyn Cox, Drew Allison, Colton Rutherford and Zachary Buchanan, Great Great Grandchildren Cyrus and Ellie.
