

Beverly Ann Mannino, 88, of Kennesaw, GA passed away peacefully on May 31, 2024. The family will hold a graveside service on June 10, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery, with arrangements by Carmichael Funeral Home, 1130 Whitlock Ave, Marietta, GA.
Born February 28, 1936, to Louis Nero and Margaret Kern Nero, in Pittsville, MA. As a child, Beverly and her family moved to Rome, NY and she would go on to graduate from Rome Free Academy in 1955. After graduation, she worked as an operator for the NY Telephone Co. She married Samuel M Mannino, of Rome NY, on June 8th, 1956, and they started their family in August 1958 when they welcomed their first son, Michael. In January 1961 they were blessed with a second son, Mark, and in January 1965 they were thrilled to add their third son, Randy. Sam and Beverly moved to Marietta, GA in 1969 and she worked for the Cobb County School System. She and Sam were also members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta, GA
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Margaret Nero and by her husband, Sam. As well as her brothers-in-law, James Mannino, Corporal John Mannino, from Rome, NY and Tom Mannino, from Utica, and her sister-in-law, Isabell Mannino, from Rome, NY.
Beverly leaves behind three children, Mike (Beth) Mannino of Birmingham, AL; Mark Mannino of Marietta, GA; Randy (Dana) of Marietta GA. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Meghan (Justin) Hodgens of Birmingham, AL; Drew (Hope) Mannino of Birmingham, AL; Matthew Mannino of Thomson, GA; Amanda Mannino of Orlando, FL; Brooke (James) McAdams of Niceville, FL, and Mitchell Mannino of Marietta GA; great-granddaughter, Kay Mannino of Thomson, GA. She is also survived by her sister, Diane DeSoye of Charlotte, NC and her brother, Donald (Maureen) of Schenectady, NY; sister-in-law Frances Mannino of Utica NY, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Beverly was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother; she will forever remain in our hearts.
