Margaret Ann Merritt Keheley passed away Thursday, January 8th, 2026, surrounded by her family in her Hiawassee home. She was born October 6th, 1939, in Marietta to Wade and Lottie Merritt. Margaret was a proud graduate of Sprayberry High School class of 1957 and Southern Business University. She was a savvy, but benevolent businesswoman known throughout her community. Her hobbies were diverse ranging from raising cattle, gardening, sewing, and traveling. Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Survived by daughters Pamela Drewry and Dee Ann Armfield (Horace); brother Thomas Merritt; Grandchildren, Hunter Drewry, Preston Armfield, Haley Dockery (James). Great Grandchildren, Stella, Palmer and Emersyn Dockery, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
