Mrs. Sheila Jane Parris Davenport, age 56 of Rockmart, passed away Friday, March 25th, 2016. Funeral services will be held 2PM Tuesday, March 29th at Carmichael Funeral Home Chapel in Smyrna. Interment will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta. Mrs. Davenport was a retired nurse with WellStar Kennestone Hospital. Mrs. Davenport is preceded in death by her brother, Randall D. Parris. Surviving are: Husband, James Howard Davenport; 3 Sons, Michael James Davenport of Rockmart, David Scott Davenport of Temple; Christopher Ryan Davenport of Lithia Springs; Parents, Dwight Oscar & Sarah Nell Parris of Smyrna; 2 Brothers-Ricky Dwight Parris of Acworth, Anthony Chris Parris of Canton; Grandchildren, Savannah Lee Davenport, Jada Reannon Davenport, Zoey Rayne Davenport and Lara Rochelle Davenport; and several nieces and nephews.
