Betty Ann Holloway Kibler

Betty Ann Katherine Holloway Kibler, 79, of Martinsville, died Friday, October 17, 2014. She was born in Allegany County on January 30, 1935, to the late Joseph Wheeler and Vivian Brooks Holloway. She was retired from the Sara Lee Corporation and was a member of Stone Memorial Christian Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Edward Kibler, grandsons, Jeremy Edward Kibler and Dave Mowrey and a brother-in-law, Elwood Clifton Kibler.

Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Ellen Kibler Harris and husband Glenn of Danville, one son, William Edward “Ed” Kibler, II, of Roanoke, daughter-in-law, Debi Kibler of Lexington, brother and sister-in-law, Robert “Bobby” Holloway and wife, Patricia of Glade Valley, NC, three granddaughters, Amy Jo Kibler DeVonshire, Beth Marsh, and Lynn Mowrey, three grandsons, Jonathan Paul-William Kibler and wife Emma, James Edward Kibler and William Joshua Daniel Kibler and wife Sarah, seven great-grandchildren, Jessica Lynn DeVonshire, Olivia Kibler, Anne Kibler, Mitzi Marsh, Meagan Puckett, Andrew McCain, Arthur Puckett, and Aaron Puckett and wife Sasha, two great-great grandchildren, Kaden and Kendall Puckett numerous nieces and nephews and special friends, Irvin and Geneva Eanes and family.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 22, 2014, in the McKee-Stone Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lawrence Harris and Rev. Milford Witt officiating. Interment will follow in Stella Christian Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home chapel.
