

She was born August 18, 1934 in Woolwine Virginia to the late Charlie and Vera Hall.
Early in her life, Juanita and her family moved to Modesto, CA. In 1952 she graduated from Modesto High School and in that same year, married her first husband, Alex McIntosh, whom she had two children by.
In 1958 she moved to San Jose where she studied electronics at a Junior College and started working at Lochleed Missile and Space Company in 1960. In 1965, she worked at Applied Technology, a division of Northrop Grumman. Nita had top secret clearance from N.A.T.O. and the US Government and was Administrative Assistant to Company Vice President. She continued working there until her retirement. She continued living in the San Jose area until she moved to Redding, CA in 2004.
Nita is survived by her daughter, Nancy Nakagawa; son, Charles "Chuck" McIntosh, and grandson, Daniel Catania. In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard D. Correia.
Pastor David Keatts officiated a graveside service which was held at the Hall Family Cemetery in Patrick County on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
McKee-Stone Funeral Home in Martinsville was in charge of arrangements.
