Roxie B. Mabe, 63, of Ridgeway, VA passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at her home. She was born in Wytheville, VA to Raymond Ellis and Gladys Almedia Brewer, who preceded her in death. She was married to Alvah J. Mabe for 40 years before his death in 2013.
Roxia obeyed the gospel in 1969 and was a member of the Martinsville Church of Christ that meets at 823 Starling Avenue. She leaves to mourn her brothers and sisters in the Church of Christ, cousins, caring neighbors, and friends
The funeral service will be Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at McKee Stone Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
