Connie Marie Clements of Grand Ledge, passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 81. She was born on April 21, 1944, in Howell, Michigan to Lloyd and Betty (Bennett) Grandy. Connie was a long-time member of the Delta Mills United Methodist Church.
Connie is survived by her daughter, Tina Clements; her granddaughter, Alexa M. Clements; and sister, Darlene Churchill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry R. Clements; her son, Jason L. Clements; sister, Cheryl Woodruff; and brothers, Gary Grandy and Gordon Grandy.
Funeral services will be held on December 2, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Gorsline Runciman Tiffany Chapel, 3232 W. Saginaw St. Lansing, Michigan 48917, with there being a visitation from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Deepdale Memorial Gardens in Lansing.
