Frank John Dziesupek, 80. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a devoted father, husband, and grandfather who leaves behind a legacy of love and wisdom. Frank passed away on April 15, 2026. Frank was born on June 28, 1945, in Jackson, Michigan, to Frank Sr. and Rosella Dziesupek.
Frank grew up in Jackson, Michigan, with 3 siblings: James Dziesupek, Nancy Shore(dec), and Susan Jordan. Frank served as a Marine in the Vietnam War. After returning, he earned his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and has remained a lifelong Spartan supporter and fan. Frank retired after a lengthy career at the Michigan Health and Hospital Association as a Building Coordinator. It was here that he met Bonnie Susan (Anthony) Dziesupek. They were married on May 12, and would have celebrated their twenty-sixth anniversary this May, 2026.
Frank and Bonnie enjoyed spending their time together in Florida during the winter months, which allowed Frank to golf year-round. Golf was the activity that a very loyal and special group of Frank's friends did together since college. These friends shared countless rounds of golf, life stories, and Frank’s chili dogs together. They truly were the family he chose.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie; two daughters, Sandy Gendich of Petoskey, Michigan, and Pamela Dziesupek of Mason, Michigan; and two grandchildren, Nathaniel Keane of Colorado and Ella Gendich of East Lansing, Michigan. Adam Anthony of Arizona, Annette Eisele, (Steve), of Hudson, Michigan. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Those wishing to make a donation in Frank’s memory are asked to consider the Michigan State University for student support, givingto.msu.edu/gift
