Mary Teresa Glynn

Age 99, died May 12, 2015; born September 9, 1915 in Calumet, Michigan to Joseph and Anna (Kobe) Metesh. Mary had been a LPN with Mason General Hospital. She loved to knit and crochet, taking first place with her quilts at the Mason Fair and had entered the State fair. She had crocheted the altar cloth at St. James Catholic Church. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Cameron in 2008 and they had been married for 74 years; sons, Ronald, Timothy, Benjamin; 3 brothers and 1 sister. Surviving to cherish her memory are her sons, Gordon, Patrick (Karen), Michael (Rosemary), Kenneth (Norma), Dennis (Peggy); daughter-in-law, Shirley; 23 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and special family friends, Ken Bush and Rosie Merritt.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 1010 S. Lansing, Mason, Michigan with Father Kusitino Cobona officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Williamston, Michigan. Visitation will be on Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 621 S. Jefferson, Mason, Michigan from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the Rosary at 7:30 p.m. and visitation 1 hour prior to the funeral service at the Church.
