Maxine Lee (Mohre) Rach of Mason, Michigan formerly of Lansing, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on August 27, 2020 at the age of 75. Surrounded by her family and friends. Maxine was born March 2, 1945 in Lansing, Michigan, daughter to Donald and Thelma (Pifer) Mohre.
Maxine cared about her family and friends. She was a kind loving and caring woman, who was willing to help anyone in need. She loved spending time in her vegetable garden and spent endless hours canning and cooking.
On February 16, 1965 Maxine married Frederick Rach of 49 years. They had two children, Angela (Rach) Park and Frederick Rach Jr. (Bud).
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frederick Rach; sisters, Norma Mohre, Pam (Mohre) Harmon and Elaine (Mohre) Herhiser; brothers, Carol, Raymond (Cork), Kenny and Doug Mohre.
Surviving are her daughter, Angela (Rach) Park; son, Frederick (Bud) Rach Jr.; brother, Leonard Mohre; brother-in-law, Kelly Harmon; sister-in-laws, Judy Mohre and Sharon Mohre; and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 4th 2020 11:00am with visitation one hour prior at Emanuel First Lutheran Church. 1001 North Capitol Avenue, Lansing Michigan 48906.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in memory of Maxine to Hospice of Mason or Emanuel First Lutheran Church.
