Pete was a simple, hardworking man, a good provider for his family and never in want for more than what he had. He was passionate about his family and friends. He enjoyed listening to jazz music, especially Boots Randolph, who he was thrilled to meet in person. He enjoyed taking his family on many snowmobiling trips up north Michigan, another love of his, as well as camping, fishing, and traveling in later years with his wife, Marge. Pete also enjoyed the over 30 years spent at the cottage at Jehnsen Lake with his wife and family.
Alzheimer's slowly took this strong man from us over the last five years. He will be greatly missed by the love of his life and family. Rest in peace, Peter Steel.
