Mason, formerly of Ionia, Michigan
Age 81, died October 1, 2015; born August 3, 1930 to Otto and Evelyn (Kirscheman) Dawson in Lansing, Michigan. Shirley loved to sew, crochet and cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence, of 62 years; parents; and brother, Russell Dawson. Surviving to cherish her memory are daughters, Judith (Jerry) Sawyers, Jodi (Jerry Lallo) Heyboer; sons, Larry A. Riley, Nicholas (Denise) Riley; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brother, Richard (Sue) Dawson; sisters, Barbara Jenkins, Mary (Robert) Farr, Marilyn (James) Sisco; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Mason Community Church, 1000 E. Columbia St., Mason, MI 48854.
