CREIGHTON HOMER KELLOGG passed away peacefully on November 29th at the age of 100. He was the beloved husband of Joyce Ann (Blankenship) Kellogg for 75 wonderful years; father of Diane Runyon (husband - Ed deceased) and Scott Kellogg (wife - Faith), grandfather of Mike, Jeremy, Meghan, Laura, Ryan, and Emily and the great-grandfather to 19 beautiful children. Creighton was born April 29, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from John Hayes High School in 1942. He graduated from John Carroll University, Hiram College, and Dartmouth College with degrees in education, administration, and social work. Creighton courageously served his country in the U.S. Navy Air Corps during WWII. He devoted many years to his community where he taught Sunday School, served as a Boy Scout leader, YMCA administrator, tutor, teacher and principal in South Euclid City School District. He served as principal of Sunview Elementary School for 26 years. Creighton traveled the world with his wife and enjoyed oil painting, wood carving, camping, and playing trivia with family and friends. He will be remembered for his excellent work ethic and his enduring loyalty to family and friends. The family will receive friends at THE DiCICCO AND SONS FUNERAL HOME 5975 MAYFIELD RD. MAYFIELD HTS.
