Seeing her face again makes me smile and remember what joy she saw in life.  She was filled to overflowing with the spirit of love and when she entered the lives of the Mandat family she spread her happiness where it was sorely needed.  She'll always be missed.

I am saddened by the passing of Frances. She was my Conformation Godmother and I loved our visits together. Her  easy confidence and energy inspired me as a child and helped me become a more unique adult.
She was my first adult friend, and it meant so much to me. I love you Chicky.

The wonderful soul of Fran has left this earth, leaving a hole in the hearts of many. What a beautiful human being she was. I had the pleasure of knowing her through the Mandat and Anderson family and I loved her so much! Her laugh, her humor, and her wonderful spirit....what a joy she was. I know that she is sitting with Bill and my brother James just sharing a good laugh! And sitting on her lap is her beloved cat, Luigi, who I had the pleasure of caring for when she could no longer have him. What a beautiful sight that would be! God keep you in his care, Fran. This world has lost such a beautiful soul and a wonderful friend. Thank you for your caring ways and ever so free spirit! You will be missed.

Bobby and I are so sad to hear that Fran has passed on.  But I know she's with the ones she lost and loved so dearly.  What a good soul she was --  we always knew she extended Bill Mandat's life by providing him so much love. She was a treasured person in our lives.

I was so sad to hear of Fran's passing. She was truly a remarkable woman. I feel my children and Mike and I were so blessed to have gotten to know her so well for the 12 years she spent with my dad.  I have so many wonderful memories of Fran, but the best is her huge heart and all the love and compassion she always had for everyone she met. I am just sad that I didn't have the opportunity to have contact with her until the end because I feel like she was truly my guardian angel for 12 years. I told her all the time that she was my angel and I hope she knows how very special she was to me.  Now God has a truly special angel.

I feel so fortunate to have had Fran in my life.  Over the twelve years I was able to spend time with her she gave me so much time, love and understanding when i needed it most. She blessed my family with her presence and love for all of us from the first day we met her.  I am happy she was in my fathers life and made his last few years so much better.  Even in her passing she found a way to let me know that she is now at peace and with people who loved her for the great caring person she was. Say hello to dad and mom for me.

Dear Family
The Beato's have known "Chicki" for over 50 years. She is memorable to us in so many ways. The mutual familia and friendship were immediate.
We enjoyed her vivacious , hospitable and loving personality for all these years.
After "Big Ida" passed on, Chick took over the role of matriarch and continued the uniqueness of the Cleveland Barracato s dynasty of love, caring, fun and exciting character. She was a devoted husband to Ed and a commited mom to four challenging, smart and beautiful daughters. Her younger brothers knew her continued love from childhood.
She was always there for them. 
Our visits over the years will be our memories of her, especially when the Beato's lived in Hudson and Talmadge , Ohio .
Rest in peace sweet lady, you had a full life and made a positive difference In so many lives

I was very saddened to read about the loss of your mother. I remember all the daughters from Bedford and that Mrs. Palatas was a kind lady that loved dogs. I know my mother would like to be able to attend services but she is in Texas with sister Christine's family. May God Bless.

There will never be another quite like her! She lived in grace and was kind to all who knew her.

We loved Frannie from the moment we met her.  We enjoyed our times spent with her and Bill.  Joe and Loretta Mandat Pestro.

My heart goes out to you Ida Ann and your family. I am so glad I had a chance to visit Chicky in the nursing home. I will always remember her when she lived next door to me. She was so active and busy with her family, but always had time for me and her neighbors. I loved her so much and will pray for her and keep her in my heart forever. Deepest sympathy
