On Wednesday, April 15, 2020, TOM OTTERMAN, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away. He was born October 28, 1948 in Youngstown OH to Donald and Velma (Shaw) Otterman. Tom grew up in Youngstown Ohio. He graduated from Ursuline High School and Villanova University with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree. He served his country in the Army as a Captain. Tom is survived by his wife Sandra Otterman (Scaparotti) and his children Tom Otterman and his wife Rowena, Elizabeth Otterman, Gretchen Ashton and her husband Stewart and step- daughter Megan Grant and her husband Seth. Tom loved his beautiful grandchildren Ella, Kyle, Bradley, Abigail, Stewart and Kameron. Tom is survived by his brother Peter and his wife Nancy Otterman of Madison Ohio. Tom is preceded in death by his sister Jane Otterman Edwards and his parents Donald and Velma Shaw Otterman. A future memorial service will be held to celebrate Tom’s life when it is safe to gather.
