Jerome “Jerry” Constantino, 64, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 in Cleveland, Ohio. Cherished son of the late Eugene and late Lydia (nee Lamberti); Beloved brother of Loretta, the late Gino (Gina), Peter (Tatiana), Maria and Monica. Stepfather to Heather Schlatt, Grandfather (Papa) to Hadley, Hayden and Justice Boor. Much loved Uncle to Lauren (deceased), Gianna, Georgi, Amanda, Nick, Leo, Michael, Zoe, Tru, Mario, Bruce (Taylor) and Veronica; great grandfather of four, great uncle of eleven; cousin and friend to many.
Jerome will be remembered for his enduring love of his family. He had a witty sense of humor, was an entertaining storyteller and a lifelong artist. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 7 at Holy Redeemer Church,15712 Kipling Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44110. Family will receive friends at the church from 10:00am to 11:00am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11: 00am. Interment will be private.
