Mrs. Patricia L. Colson

Patricia Lillian Colson, born January 9, 1928 in Los Angeles, California, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 1, 2025 in Concord, Ohio from complications due to ovarian cancer.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Patricia was cherished by her family and all who knew her. She dedicated her career to serving others as a Registered Nurse, offering compassion and care throughout her life.

Gentle in spirit and steadfast in love, Patricia leaves behind a legacy of kindness, service, and devotion to family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. She placed her faith in Jesus Christ and is with the Lord.

Patricia is survived by son, Larry Colson and his wife, Rosemary; sister, Carol Umbaugh and her husband Ted; grandchildren Katherine Lightner and David Colson and wife Lisa; granddaughter-in-law, Angela Rickman; 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews scattered across the country.

Patricia's husband, William E. Colson, daughter Joan Rickman, grandson Gene Rickman, and granddaughter Candace Leonard, and sister Marjorie Lightfoot preceded her in death.

Pat will be buried at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, Calif. and the Celebration of Life service will be scheduled next year in California.
