I met Ray five years ago when he cater my 50th birthday party and it was such a pleasure meeting him and his wife. since that time my family and friends has always count on Ray to be our cater we will truly miss him because he was more than a cater.  I will always remember the words he said when I first approach him ("If they can't let you taste their food first don't give them your business") May God continue to Bless you and your family at this time of sorrow.

Louise and family, we cannot express enough our deepest sympathies for your loss.  We have known Ray for nearly 15 years, what wonderful neighbors you are.
