Kenneth Jacobs

Kenneth Marvin Jacobs passed after a long illness on September 27, 2010 at his home in San Jose, California at the age of 66. Predeceased by his parents Roland and Julia (Breeskin) Jacobs. He is survived by his former wife, Judy Jacobs, of Florida, children Francine Trivett and Grandson Ryan, of Florida, and Saul Jacobs, and his Granddaughter Kaitlyn, of California. Also, survived by his brother, Joel (Dorothy) and sisters Barbara Follett and Susan (Ray) Crofford and several nieces and nephews. Ken was born in Lakewood, NJ. After graduating from Lakewood High School, he entered the Navy, achieving the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer and was awarded several medals, including the Navy Commendation Medal and the Meritorious Unit Commendation. After his 26 year naval career, he worked as a Market Field Service Engineer in Silicon Valley, California.

Family and friends will be gathering for services at Lakeside Memorial Park (www.LakesideMPFuneralHome.com) 10301 N. W. 25th Street, Miami, Florida at 1PM on Sunday, October 3,2010. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Society.
