Rafael Franco, age 91, of Miami Beach, Florida passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023.
A graveside service for Rafael will be held Sunday, August 27, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Lakeside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 10301 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL 33172. Following the graveside service will be a catered reception from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
