Cynthia Renae Fultz, 52, passed away on July 1, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Des Moines, Iowa and resided in Middleburg, FL. As one of the most loving moms in the world, she always put everyone else first and loved her family and friends more than anything. As one of the strongest and bravest woman we know, she never gave up no matter what life threw her way. She always kept pushing and encouraging everyone to never give up. Cindy is survived by her son, Andrew Fultz; daughter, Patricia Fultz; mother, Sylvia Ann Brown; brother, Monte Jackson; 2 sisters: Susan Hamilton and Mary Ellen Nettles Rhoden; and a grandson, Austyn Fultz. Family will receive friends on Thursday, 6-8 PM and funeral services will be held 2 PM, Friday, July 7, 2017 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Rd, Middleburg, FL.
