Elizabeth Jane Wierzchowski

Elizabeth Jane Wierzchowski passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 65. She was born on October 14, 1960, born in milwaukee, WI, and was a resident of Middleburg, Florida. Elizabeth was adventurous, beloved, generous, devoted, compassionate, kind-hearted, loyal, and selfless, and her life was marked by deep love for family and steadfast care for others.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Timothy Wierzchowski; her son, Archie Harris; her grandson, Christian Wierzchowski; her father, Davis Lee Schwager, Sr; her mother, Mary (Burdey) Schwager; and her brother, David Lee Schwager, Jr.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving and devoted children: Melynda Bosch (Neil), Sarah Krause (Jason), Robert Wierzchowski (Melissa), Kristina Kobierecki (Andy), Eric Wierzchowski, and David Harris. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren: Angelina Dock, Mary gigliotti, Brandyn Bosch, Arianna Bosch, Jasyn Harris, Aallyah Harris, Ethan Krause, Bryce Krause, Isabella Harris, Sierrah Wierzchowski, Miranda Wierzchowski, Jaxson Jones, Ryder Kobierecki, and Greyson Kobierecki; and by 6 great-grandchildren: Dominic and Lucas; Ezabeth, Mason, and Benjamin; and Roselynn. She is further survived by her siblings, Theresa Jane Schwager and Brian Lee Schwager, as well as a host of loving extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Elizabeth found joy in simple elegance and the quiet beauty of everyday life. She enjoyed gardening, all plants, especially native plants, butterflies and hummingbirds, and puzzles.

With devoted compassion, Elizabeth supported her husband as his VA Caregiver and was a proud member of the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, living out her generous and selfless commitment to those who serve and to the families who stand beside them.

Elizabeth will be remembered with gratitude and respect—for her loyal heart, her kind presence, and the love she gave so freely to her family, friends, and neighbors.

The family will hold a private Celebration of Life.
