My sincere condolences to Gerry’s family. We knew each other for years  and shared phone calls and Christmas cards. Eventually, we lost touch. We initially met at Pak’s Karate where Matt and Ida took class. I am very sorry to learn of her passing. 

Ida, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I always think of you as my first friend when I moved to Florida in 3rd grade. Such great memories of going to your house. We had some great times, laughing, talking, just tons of fun at parties.  Your mom was always so nice to me and a smile on her face.  Your family is beautiful.  I know she is smiling down on you.  Stay strong, stay encourage. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.
