John Andy Sumner, age 93, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. John was born in Wrightsville, GA and retired from the United States Airforce.

He is predeceased by his first wife, Geraldine; siblings: JB Sumner, Eldridge Sumner, Lois Sumner and Wendy Sumner.

John is survived by his wife, Cheryl Sumner; brother, Delma Sumner, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be held 11 AM Friday, December 31, 2021 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL with visitation held 1 hour prior to service. Burial will follow with Military honors at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
