She was predeceased by her parents: Preston and Mira Tubman and half-brothers: Barney and Wesley.
Mrs. Mills is survived by her son, Johnny; daughter, Denise; brothers: Bruce, Douglas, and Preston; sisters: Genevieve and Theresa;grandchildren: Heather, Angelo, Brianna, and Gabrielle; great-grandchild: Isabeau; and a host of extended family and friends.
Graveside service for Loretta will be held 10 AM, Monday, March 20, 2023 at Holly Hill Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068.
