Neil Edward Brown, 88, passed away on December 24, 2019 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born in Holopaw, FL and served in the US Army. Mr. Brown was predeceased by his wife, Loveeta Brown and 2 brothers: John Pearce Brown and Robert Brown. He is survived by his 3 sons: Michael (Teresa) Brown, Mark Brown and Matthew Brown; daughter, Gwen (LeRoy) Mead; 2 brothers: Cossie William (Betty) Brown Jr. and Donald Corbett Brown; sister, Carol Sue Platt; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Park City Baptist Church, 7410 Park City Drive, Jacksonville, FL with visitation held 1 hour prior to service from 10-11 AM.
