Paul Thomas Moore II, 26, passed away December 26, 2016. He was born June 16, 1990 in Jacksonville, Florida and resided in Orange Park. He was a beloved Son, Brother, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin, and Friend to all and will be missed greatly. Mr. Moore is survived by his parents; Melinda and Paul Thomas Moore, sisters; Shanna Clifton(Charles),Andrea Moore(Curtis), and Tara Moore(T.J). Brothers; Wayne Clifton, and Shane Moore. aunts; Pamela Moore(Jimmy) and Jennifer Griner(Andre), uncles; Billie Stafford, Ronnie Moore(Sarah), Roger Moore and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.Funeral service will be Tuesday Jan.3 2017 @11:00 am at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Road Middleburg, FL.
