Stephen Roy Meek, age 70, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island to the late, Alan and Helen Meek. He was predeceased by his brothers: Ron and Robert Meek and best friend, Harry Strack.
Stephen served his country proudly in the United States Army and is survived by his loving wife, Carol Meek; Anthony Meek, Kimberly Singh, William (Sandy) Meek, Salvatore Nacci, Joanie Hoard, Richard Nacci; 7 great nieces and nephews; best friends: Tony and Mishelle Fresnedo, Melissa Hygema, Shawnica and Jimmy Johnson and the entire Johnson Family; all his friends at the Post in Middleburg. He will be missed dearly by everyone who knew him.
Graveside services with military honors will be held 2:30 PM, Friday, August 4, 2023 at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218 in Lane 2.
