Tammy Lee Bland

Tammy was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She went through many trials throughout her life but always faced them with a tremendous amount of faith in The Lord. She would always say “God has got me”. Her kindness, compassion, and loving heart touched us deeply. From her “famous laugh”, to the many meals she enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, we were truly blessed to have had her in our lives. She will be missed more than she could ever know.

Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Lena Johnson, her father, Arsburn Johnson, her sister, Cathy Aldridge, and both of her brothers, Russell Johnson and Donald Johnson.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gary Russell Bland, her children: Gary “Ben” Bland (Sonia), Adam Bland (Jenny), Teresa Bland, her grandchildren: Matthew, Kyle, Blake, Rachel, Alyssa, Tyler, and Kayden, many nieces, nephews, and other loved ones including her sister-n-law’s, Ann Grooms and Vickie Olier (Gerald).

The viewing and funeral service will be held inside the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Holly Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL on Monday, February 19th, 2024. Viewing will begin at 10:30 a.m. with Funeral services commencing at 11:30 a.m. and Internment will directly follow. Funeral Services will be officiated by Pastor Jesse Pamplona.
