William A. Hale, Jr., 81, passed away on January 5, 2012 in Middleburg, Florida. He was born in Spencer, North Carolina and resided in Middleburg, Florida for 35 years. Mr. Hale was retired after working for CSX for 44 years and also served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife Shirley Hale; son, Kent C. Hale (Sarah); two daughters, Kristi Hudson (Martin) and Kathy Creamer (Erwin); brother, Jerry Dane Hale; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends (TODAY) Monday, January 9, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. Graveside service will be on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Ron Baker officiating.
